In order to give visibility to and enhance awareness on the SAFEMED Project at the occasion of the 26th Regular Session of the IMO Assembly being held at the IMO Headquarters in London between the 23 November and 4 December 2009, a Presentation on the SAFEMED Project will be held on Wednesday 2 December 2009 at 1745 hrs in Committee Meeting Rooms 11 and 12 at the IMO Headquarters. This side event will be jointly organised by the European Commission (EC), the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and REMPEC and would include the participation of representatives from the three organizations. A small reception will follow the presentation.
